"The Taj Mahal"

The Taj Mahal is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful buildings ever built. The Taj Mahal is located on the southern bank of the Yamuna River in the city of AGRA in U.P, India. The exquisite marble structure in Agra, India is a mausoleum, a permanent memorial to a husband's love for his favorite wife, Mumtaz Bano (19 January 1628 - 17 June 1631). Shahab-ud-din Muhammad Khurram is also known by the famous name of  Shah Jahan (5 January 1592 - 22 January 1666).
We have a few points......
  •  Right now, The Visitor don't see this crown as Shah Jahan wanted Shah Jahan and his minister came by boat from the road to Yamuna. Here was a bird feeding place Yamuna got away with growing up.


  •  It is said that the hands of the taj mahal maker were-cut off but didn’t found any proof.    



"MINARETS"
                     
  • There is a special thing in these MINARETS, these four are tilted outward, so that in case of ever falling, they fall outwards, and do not cause any damage to the main building.


  •  The Taj mahal is tallest compare to The Qutbminar. The taj mahal hight is 240ft./73mtr. and The Qutbminar hight is 239.5ft./72.5mtr.


"Two different buildings"

  •                The Taj Mahal is on the banks of The Yamuna River. This is the back of the The Taj Mahal from the opposite side of the Yamuna River. On the right and the left you see two different buildings, one is a mosque and the other was used as a guest house.


"Calligraphy"

  •                World’s best calligraphy found in The Taj Mahal. Here write “O soul, thou art at rest. Return to the load at peace with him, and he at peace with you. It’s telegraphy written on Thuluth lipi and design by Mr. Abd ul-Haq 1609, he come from the Iran. Mr. Abd ul-Haq  after famous with name of Anamat khan. It’s name given by Shah Jahan.



  •  There has never been a war in the reign of Shah Jahan.

  • The Taj Mahal white sangemarmar stone come from Rajsthan(Makrana), Jade and crystal to come from china, Lapiz Lazuli to come from afghanistan, turquoise to come frome Tibet, jaspher punjab and shappire comes to from shri lanka and arnelian to comes from Arab. Total used 28types of  valuable stone in “THE SANGEMARMAR”. All stone to come by The Elephant. There was used 1000no’s  of The Elephant.


  • The Taj mahal to build started in 1631 and to complete in 1653, almost 22 years. It’s produce by 20000 artisans and labour. It’s best example of  “A Vastushastra”, Till Date. All materials to choosed like a diamond. The artwork on the wall of the Taj Mahal was inspired by itali. These included craftsmen from Bukhara (Uzbekistan) , calligraphers from Syria and Iran, mosaic artisans from South India, stone carving and cutting artisans from Balochistan . Kangre, Burji and Kalash etc. were the makers, the other who had only floral cut on the marble, etc.


                                                                  "During War"

  • During the Indian independence struggle of 1857, the Taj Mahal had to suffer a lot of adversity by British soldiers and government officials. They dug up precious stones and gems, and lapis lazuli and took them out of the walls.In 1942, the government designed a pedestal with a scaffold around the tomb. It was able to provide protection from German and later Japanese air strikes. The same was done during the Indo-Pakistani War of 1965 and 1971, so as to confuse the air bombers.


  •  Soon after the completion of the Taj Mahal, Shah Jahan was deposed by his son Aurangzeb, detained in the fort of Agra. After Shah Jahan's death, he was buried equal to his wife. 


  • An area of ​​about three acres was dug, and it was filled with garbage and made fifty meters high from the river surface, so that it could be protected from dampness. In the area of ​​the mausoleum, fifty wells were dug and filled with pebbles and foundations were made. The total Construction value is estimated at around 3 billion 20 crore rupees.
